These Terms govern access to Hype My Web. By registering, purchasing pixels, or using the service, you accept these Terms and the incorporated policies.
1. Agreement and eligibility
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet any configured minimum age for your region. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. Regional restrictions may apply.
2. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account except where law provides otherwise. We may require email, social-account, or enhanced administrator verification.
3. Pixel inventory and tiles
The service contains a finite, administrator-configured logical pixel inventory, with the current total, availability, price, and minimum purchase displayed before checkout. A purchase allocates a quantity used to size one profile tile; it does not convey a permanent coordinate, property interest, investment, or guaranteed placement. Inventory may be held temporarily during checkout and released when a reservation expires.
4. Your content and social links
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, re-encode, resize, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate and promote the service. You must have rights to submitted images, names, profiles, posts, and links. Only supported, validated social destinations are accepted.
5. Ranking and engagement
Rankings use trusted engagement, time decay, integrity signals, and moderation adjustments. Purchasing more pixels affects tile size only. We may discount, suppress, or penalize suspicious activity. We do not promise a particular rank, volume of traffic, or business result.
6. Payments, refunds, and disputes
Prices and applicable currency are shown before Stripe Checkout. Payments are finalized only after verified server-side confirmation. Refund eligibility and inventory return follow the policy presented at purchase and mandatory consumer law. Chargebacks, disputes, partial refunds, and promotional credits may adjust allocated inventory.
7. Moderation, suspension, and termination
We may reject, hide, suspend, or remove content or accounts that violate law or policy, threaten security, manipulate engagement, or create risk. Suspended tiles stop receiving trusted engagement. Where appropriate, we provide notice and an appeal path while preserving evidence and legal obligations.
8. Service availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not control external social platforms or guarantee their availability. Statutory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected. Any limitation of liability applies only to the maximum extent allowed in your jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required, and version acceptance is recorded. Continued use after an effective date may constitute acceptance where legally permitted.
